After a devastating spinal injury occurred whilst competing at a National level 200m sprint event, Jenny had to reevaluate her career. After a very effective rehabilitation program allowed her to continue with a sporting lifestyle (she was previously told that she should not continue with sports), she qualified in 1989 in sports studies and massage.
She now also holds a BSc (Hons) Applied Sports Therapy as well as diplomas in International Sports therapy, Football Association Management of Sports Injuries, Sports Psychology, and Sports Studies.
She has worked with the National Back Pain Association (now Backcare) providing exercise classes for people with back pain, and is a tutor (SMA) and assessor/verifier for the FHT.
Jenny has worked with teams and individuals at local, regional and international level at her previously owned gym in Chillington, Devon.
She enjoys all sports, specialising in mountain walking and snow skiing, and was previously a personal development tutor for Outward Bound using canoeing, mountain walking, climbing and outdoor activities as a vehicle for experiential learning. Jenny is also a former national standard athlete.



Kayleigh Mackenzie

Kayleigh Mackenzie


Kayleigh Mackenzie has held a level 4 diploma in sports massage since 2015, and level 3 since 2010.
She also holds a BSc in Equitation Science, and is a lifelong horse rider, specialising in Showjumping and more recently Endurance.



Andrea Betts

Dr.Andrea Betts (PhD) is a former University Lecturer and Practitioner with an academic and hospital background.
She has Lifelong participation in numerous sporting activities (mountain walking, skiing, ski-touring, swimming, running and yoga).
