We run a safe mini circuit class for people with limited mobility, have not exercised in a while, feel really unfit or have back\/shoulder\/knee pain. The class is based on stretch and strengthening with balance and a little aerobic element if suitable and are fun!
Jenny will be running pilates classes for rehabilitation at a later date
